The Póvoa Velha is a village situated in the natural park of Serra da Estrela, in Seia, Guarda District.
It is located about 1km from the access road to the city of Seia, and as the name indicates in portuguese , a very ancient town.
It is characterized by a set of architectural heritage of granite houses, reminiscent of a crib, where you can feel the atmosphere of other times.
